Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992 as amended by the Health and Safety (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2002

Display Screen Equipment Regulations

UK Health & Safety legislation requires training to be supplemented with more specific information and training on working with DSE, risks and prevention.

When to Train

The HSE tells us that training should be given to ‘New Starters’ and updates should be provided as required and that employers should establish a planned training programme for all staff.

DSE Training on DVD

DVD training is perhaps the ultimate easy to implement system. Dealing effortlessly with the requirement to train ‘New Starters’ and to regularly refresh all staff. Purchase once - train again and again.

Integrated Test of Understanding

Unlike many training DVD’s and videos this training is accompanied by a CD containing question sheets and answers, training-certificate templates, training record templates and a DSE checklist / assessment.

With a few exceptions, the definition of DSE within the regulations covers both conventional (cathode-ray tube) display screens and other types such as liquid crystal or plasma displays used in flat-panel screens, touchscreens and other emerging technologies.
